We are following the advice of Public Health England (PHE) and are still operating as normally as possible. We are constantly reviewing the situation and will update this information as and when changes occur.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is currently understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.

Public Health England (PHE) have said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

All our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, who have already put extensive plans into place. Royal Mail will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where they need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

Please allow an extra day or two for delivery of your order due to the measures that have been put in place. 

Returns extended As the situation with Coronavirus evolves, we are increasing our returns deadline to 90 days for the foreseeable future. So if you need to send something back to us but can't get to the Post Office (or don't feel safe doing so), there's no hurry.



Orders are generally processed within one business day.  For next WORKING day delivery, orders need to be received by 12.00pm. This excludes weekends.

We deliver via Royal Mail or Fedex or other courier at our discretion and require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.

For orders shipped within the UK, Standard Royal Mail is free, or £4.50 for Royal Mail 24hour tracked.

Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

Orders to countries within the EU are charged at £7.82 and are not tracked once the order leaves the UK.

EzyDog will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 90 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt.  Items must have been purchased directly from Items not purchased directly from must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend carefully trying on your new EzyDog products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.



We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return, simply use the return postage label to send your unwanted item within 90 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition.

Please include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the order or order number clearly on the returns form provided.


To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.  Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.  Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.



EzyDog guarantees all products at time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.  This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from one of our suppliers please return the item to the original place of purchase.  If the store is not local to you or it is not convenient to return the item in person, the store should be able to handle your query via post. if you require any help obtaining contact details please let us know.
