Returns extended As the situation with Coronavirus evolves, we are increasing our returns deadline to 90 days for the foreseeable future. So if you need to send something back to us but can't get to the Post Office (or don't feel safe doing so), there's no hurry.

 

RETURNS POLICY

EzyDog will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 90 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt.  Items must have been purchased directly from ezydog.co.uk. Items not purchased directly from ezydog.co.uk must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend carefully trying on your new EzyDog products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return, simply use the return postage label to send your unwanted item within 90 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition.

Please include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the order or order number clearly on the returns form provided.


EXCHANGE

To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.  Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.  Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.

 

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

EzyDog guarantees all products at time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.  This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you experience a problem with a product purchased via the UK EzyDog website please provide full details together with a picture showing the defective issue. Send to: info@ezydog.co.uk

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from one of our suppliers please return the item to the original place of purchase.  If the store is not local to you or it is not convenient to return the item in person, the store should be able to handle your query via post. if you require any help obtaining contact details please let us know.
